Awesome service!!  We have an Issey outdoor roller blind which is still going after 11years however it started to not hold.  We contacted Quality Blinds who came out twice to replace the gearing, however it still was “flapping” each time.  Nick came out personally to assess what could be done as the blind itself is still in very good condition and suggested that putting a motor on should do the trick and it did!🙏 Just waiting on the electrician to be able to come and connect.  So grateful for prompt service calls and finding a solution for us. Thank you and 5 stars from us!

We needed blinds installed quite urgently to our physiotherapy clinic, I had sent off emails to over 10 different places and Nick from Quality Blinds got back to me immediately and arranged to have someone out to do a quote next day. Their price still beat other competitors when the quotes came back. Then lockdown hit and their warehouse had to close. Nick was still communicating with me every day giving me updates, even if the situation had not progressed because of the circumstance. He went above and beyond in keeping us happy customers in a stressful time for his business as well as ours. The blinds were installed last week and they look amazing! we are so happy with them, we went with black roller blockout and they really don't let any light through. I called to fix a blind caused by a tenant and couple other bits and bobs ( after havong blinds 10years). There was an initial call out fee however I only paid an extra $40 over this for repairs on 3 blinds ( 2 new pullring, 2 spring mechanism and a roller mechanism). Very satisfied with the efficiency and courteous natured workers. From the great attention to detail from the call centre/ office to the tradies, professionalism at each stage. It was refreshing.
